Understanding Veterans Affairs: Navigating Benefits and Resources

Navigating the VA system can be a daunting task, so this is a special session for our community of veterans and their families in San Diego. This month, Shillinger Law is giving a nod to all the military and veterans in our community by bringing in a guest speaker to help demystify the process.
We are honored to have Nathan Sutton join us for this month’s Shillinger Law Resource Series session. Nathan served eight years in the Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer with three tours in Iraq. He has worked as a Veteran Service Officer for four years and for the VA for 12 years, helping veterans file over 15,000 VA claims. Nathan has also started nonprofits that serve veterans and is currently a Business Development Consultant for organizations that assist veterans in accessing the benefits and care they deserve.
